Alpine ski/Snowboard at varingskollen 8.03.2024

Do you wanna do some alpine sports with ski lifts? Varingskollen is 30 minutes away from jernbanetorget by train. We will meet next to the tiger at jernbanetorget at 15:00, and then take the train together to varigskollen (osi friluft does not pay for the train ticket). We will start riding at 16:00, and the lifts are open till 21:00. We will stay there until it closes, but feel free to go earlier if you would like. 

Varingskollen has a ski rental if you lack equipment, you can check the prices here : https://www.varingskollen.no/skiutleie/ . or you can rent from Bua. This is not meant to be an introduction to alpine sports, so we go under the assumption that you know how to ride. 

Around 18:00 I will be at one of the cafes in varingskollen for an hour, so if you need a break, drop by!

What to bring:

• Alpine equipment (unless you rent)
• Food and drink (there are cafes aswell)
• Warm clothes 
• Something to sit on if you plan to eat outside
